Subject : Regarding connection of Electric Meter and unethical charge collection

Hello Sir,
Assalamu Aliykum.I want your help to minimize the sufferings of rural people of village Agarpatta .peoples are waiting since long time for electricity connections.Now its underprocessing but at this moment some persons collected 1400 to 1600 taka for meter purpose.as per I meter connection is below 800 taka.although these people collected these money more than double but still now they dont providing electricity connection.
My request is that, please see this issues.we will be so grateful to you .
